This guide will show you how to add users into the Company Directory. Users created during your personal setup will already be in the Company Directory.
- Login to Platform (http://manage.hostedphone.co/)
- Once logged in, locate the Apps at the top right of the page
- Click on the Smart PBX App
- Select Users on the left side of the screen
- Click on the User Settings to add that user to the directory
- Check the box Include User in the Company Directory
- Click the Save Changes button, The user will then be added to the Company Directory
- When creating a new user, The option to add them to the Company Directory appears in the setup
