Voice Platform - Smart PBX - Users - Company Directory

This guide will show you how to add users into the Company Directory. Users created during your personal setup will already be in the Company Directory.

1. Login to Platform (http://manage.hostedphone.co/)
   
   

2. Once logged in, locate the Apps at the top right of the page
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click on the Smart PBX App
   

   

   
   
   

4. Select Users on the left side of the screen
   

   

   
   
   

5. Click on the User Settings to add that user to the directory
   

   

   
   
   

6. Check the box Include User in the Company Directory
   
   

7. Click the Save Changes button, The user will then be added to the Company Directory
   
   

8. When creating a new user, The option to add them to the Company Directory appears in the setup
