Voice Platform - Smart PBX - Creating Groups

This guide will walk you though setting up Groups inside of Smart PBX. Groups can ring multiple phones at once.

1. Login to Platform (http://manage.hostedphone.co/)
   
   

2. Once logged in, locate the Apps at the top right of the page
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click on the Smart PBX app
   

   

   
   
   

4. Select the Groups Tab to the left of the screen
   

   

   
   
   

5. Click on the +Add Group button
   

   

   
   
   

6. Pick the users you want to have assigned to the group, then give the group a Name and a unique Extension number. (assigning an extension will create a Ring Group)
   

   

   
   
   

7. Drag the users you'd like to add to the group from the left to the right side, and when completed click Create Group.
   

   

   
   
   

Once the Group is created, it's ready to be used in Smart PBX!
