Voice Platform - Checking Voicemail from your phone

To check the voicemail assigned to your extension there 2 ways to access the voicemail box.

Option 1:

• From any device in your Hosted Platform system, dial *511 (Default code for Simple Phone Co. is *511)
  
  

• Enter your Voicemail Box number when prompted by the system. (By default, Simple Phone Co. will program this to be your extension number)
  
  

• If a PIN is set, enter your 4 digit PIN. (By default, Simple Phone Co. will set this to 0+extension)

Option 2:

• Locate the Voicemail (Message Button) on your device and press it.
  
  

  

  
  
  

• Enter your Voicemail Box number when prompted by the system. (By default, Simple Phone Co. will program this to be your extension number)
  
  

• If a PIN is set, enter your 4 digit PIN. (By default, Simple Phone Co. will set this to 0+extension)
