Intercept calls with Group Pickup

Group Pickup is an excellent way to avoid the hassle of moving from desk to desk to answer an important call. Group Pickups allow you to dial a number from your phone to grab the call of a user or group that might have otherwise been missed.
First create a new Callflow with the number you’d like to dial when picking up the call.
Next, drag and drop the Group Pickup element to the Callflow.
Choose an available endpoint, select OK and select Save changes to finish.
