Equipment sales may be returnable up to 30 days from the original ordered date, and may be subject to a restocking fee if equipment is returned opened. Returned equipment must include all original material, box, inserts, and in like-new condition.
All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) request to be returned before shipping to allow us to process it. You may setup and receive a RMA by contacting Customer Support.
Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment made at the time of purchase.
