Hosted customers powered by our Hosted Server may request full "root" access to install and customize their Hosted system. We do not support, nor do we permit changes that affect how calls are routed from your server to us. Changes to call routing, trunking, call capacity, non-human managed call setups, automated auto-dialers, channel management, or any system feature affecting permission or deemed a security risk is also prohibited.
Simple Phone Company provides no warranty to open source and third-party customizations made to Hosted Servers, and does not guarantee or provide support outside the scope of the features provided with the Hosted Server upon activation or setup. We also cannot provide support to any third party software installation or changes.
Simple Phone Company also reserves the right to terminate, suspend service, or restrict "root" access at anytime; regardless of what customizations are made. Violation of any of the above policies are also subject to account suspension or termination of service.
