If you are not 100% satisified with your phone service or equipment, all customers are ellible to receive a 30-day full refund if they request to cancel service within 30 days of ordering. (Excluding shipping charges.) This includes any service, add-on feature, or equipment sold by Simple Phone Co.
Cancellations and returns must be authorized before returned to us with an "RMA Request" issued by Customer Support before returning.
If you don't love our service, cancel it anytime.
