Voice Platform - Callflows - Ring Groups

This guide will teach you how to setup Ring Groups within the Callflows App.

1. Login to Platform (http://manage.hostedphone.co/)
   
   

2. Once logged in, select Apps at the top right of the page
   

   

   
   
   

3. Click on the Callflows App
   

   

   
   
   

4. Select the Callflows menu from the Callflows Dashboard
   

5. Create a new Callflow by pressing the +Add Callflow
   

   

   
   
   

6. Start a Callflow by pressing Click to add number
   

   

7. Next, drag and drop features from the Actions toolbar
   

   

   
   
   

8. Drag the Ring Group action to the call flow
   

   

   
   
   

9. Name your group, and Select the Users, Devices, or Groups you wish to ring
   

   

   
   
   

10. Click the blue save button, and Save your call flow
