Past Due Account Policy

Accounts that are past due greater than 30 days are subject to suspension and cancellation. Email notifications are sent every 7 days to remind the user of the past due status.

If you are a customer that has international calling, the account may have this feature suspended once past due.

We understand that some situations may cause financial hardship. If you have a financial hardship, please contact customer service by phone for assistance with due date extensions and additional help.
