How to Cancel or Change Service/Plans

All cancellations must be made by phone at 844-404-smpl. We cannot receive process service changes or cancelation by chat or email for security and privacy reasons.

On-site Appointments and Professional Services

On-site appointments (billed by hours) and professional services (billed by hours or project) are non-refundable

30-day Money Back Guarantee

All new accounts are permitted a full refund and return for hardware and services within the first 30-days of services delivered.


Phone numbers may be ported out by a customer at anytime. Porting out numbers does not cancel services or accounts.

Hardware Return

Physical hardware (IP Phone, Network, etc) may be be returned or refunded past 30 days of delivery. Most equipment is covered by a one-year warranty, which is facilitated at no cost to the customer.

Hardware Removal

Should a customer need an on-site appointment to remove any smpl-sold or leased equipment, a normal on-site service appointment service fee will apply.

Contract ETFs

Early Termination fees will apply to accounts cancelled before term dates. Please contact our support for more information on fees that may apply to your account.
