How to setup a Menu
Menus can be crucial to your business’ incoming calls, as they can provide instructions for callers on how to get ahold of particular users, teams, or play audio information about your business – such as directions, hours of operations, etc.
To add a Menu to your system, start by adding a new Callflow:
Add an available number or numbers from your Number Manager that you wish to have a Menu for.
Next, drag and drop the Menu action to your callflow and select Add a new menu.
Now, add a friendly name and select your Greeting Message from your existingMedia files. Don’t forget to Save!
Next drag and drop elements such as Devices, Users, Ring Groups, Media, etc., and select the desired Menu option (0-9) that the caller would use to navigate with.
Repeat this last step when adding more Menu options such as: Devices, Users, Ring Groups, Media, Menus, or even other Callflows to match your Greeting Message.
