How to setup a conference in Voice Platform

Platform is capable of adding meet-me conference bridges to any of your Callflows.  Conferences created here can support up to 5 to 10 callers, comfortably.

To setup a Conference start by adding a new Callflow – from the VoIP Services tab, select Callflows.

Next, select the + Add Callflow button

Start your new Callflow with a number associated with the Conference you’re going to create.

Next, drag and drop the Conference action to your Callflow.

Once added to your Callflow, you’ll be prompted to select an existing conference from the drop down menu or create a new one with the Add a conference button.

If you’re adding a new conference, simply create a Conference Name and PIN for callers to access the conference and select Save.  Note: multiple PIN’s need to be seperated with a comma.

Don’t forget to Save Changes to the Callflow once you’re finished!
