How to add media to your Voice Platform system
Adding Media to your callflow can be a great way to provide callers with important business information, hours of operations, or directions on how to reach certain users in your organization.
Here’s how you can easily manage your audio files to use in Menu’s, Voicemails, or Announcements:
First, under the VoIP Services tab, Advanced section, select Media
To add media, select the + Add Media button
Next, create a friendly name for the audio file you’re adding and select Choose Fileto locate the audio file on your computer. Once uploaded, select Save.
(The following audio files are currently supported: .MP3, .Wav, .OGG)
That’s it! Repeat this step for any additional sounds that you would like played for other actions in your Callflows.
