Voice Platform - Callflows - Creating a Conference

This guide will show you have to create Conferences in the Callflows App

1. Login to Platform (http://manage.hostedphone.co/)
   
   

2. Once logged in, press Apps at the top right of the page
   

   

   
   
   
   

3. In the Apps menu, select the Callflows App
   

   

   
   
   
   

4. Click the button for Conference
   

   

   
   

5. Find and select the +Add button to create a new Conference
   

   

   
   
   

6. The Create Conference Dashboard opens
   

   • Fill out the Conference Name

   • Enter a PIN (Not Required)
     
     

     

     
     
     

7. Now create a Callflow that applies the conference to a number or extension.  Press Return to Callflows Home
   

   

   
   
   

8. Select Callflows
   

   

9. Click the +Add to add a new Callflow
   

   

   
   
   

10. Click to add a number
    

    

    
    
    

11. Select a Spare Number or add an extension
    
    

    

    
    
    

12. Drag and drop the Conference action item onto the Callflow
    

    

    
    
    
    

13. Choose the Conference you've created from the drop-down
    
    

    

    
    
    

14. Press Save and Save Changes to your Callflow
