Prepending Caller ID in a Callflow will allow you to add more information such as a name or number that will attach itself to an incoming call.
- To set this up, drag and drop the Prepend Caller ID element to your Callflow.
- Enter a name or number that you’d like added to an incoming call and select OK.
- Select Save changes to save your Callflow and now the Caller ID information will be added onto the incoming call.
Note: Reset Prepend is a useful feature when you wish to remove all of the added Caller ID information before sending a call to an endpoint such as another Callflow.
