Viewing and paying invoices for your account

To view and pay an invoice online, or view previous invoices, first login My Account at my.simplephoneco.com.

To view current and previous invoices:

Login to My Account (my.simplephoneco.com)
In the sub navigation, choose the Invoices tab
For any invoice, click the View Invoice button next to the invoice you want to see (The invoice may pop-up in a new window, so check your pop-up blocker if nothing opens on click)

To pay invoice:

Find the invoice using the steps above and click the invoice you wish to pay
Open the top right corner of the invoice and choose Credit Card or Paypal
If you wish to pay by Credit Card, click Pay Now.
You will then be prompted to to provide a credit card to put on file or update. If you with to pay by PayPal, click checkout/subscribe. Then follow the instructions that will be given.
