DISA’s allow remote users to appear as if they are making calls from your office from an outside line. Here’s how to set this up for your team:
- Add a new Callflow with the external number that your remote users can call into and drag and drop the DISA element onto the Callflow.
- Next, enter a PIN that the remote caller will use to access the DISA and select OK.
- Finally, select Save changes above your new Callflow and that’s it! :)
