Managing Incoming and Outgoing Call Blocking

With The SwitchBoard you can easily block any incoming or outgoing number, or range of numbers, using the Call Blocking feature.

To manage Call Blocking, login to your SwitchBoard account at sb.simplephoneco.com.

Managing Incoming Call Blocking

• Enter a number in the field, formatted +19496825900 prevent calls from that number. Click Add Number.

• To block Unknown or Anonymous calls, click Add Number without anything in the field.

• To block calls from a range of numbers, enter the first porting of the number, followed by a *. Click Add Number. (Example, +91* will block all calls from India and +1949* will block all calls from 949 area code.)

Managing Outgoing Call Blocking

• Enter a number in the field, formatted +19496825900 prevent calls from that number. Click Add Number.

• To block your Caller-ID, check the "hide own number on outgoing calls" option.

• To block calls to a range of numbers, enter the first porting of the number, followed by a *. Click Add Number. (Example, +01191* will block all calls to India and +011* will block all outgoing international calls.)
