All emails sent by our billing and support system are recorded in your my.simplephoneco.com account. To view previous or historical emails and messages:
Login to My Account at my.simplephoneco.com
Once logged in, click Messages in the sub-navigation on the right
For any message and it’s contents, click View next to see the message
Note: Only emails sent to and from Simple Phone Company appear here. If you correspond with a member of our team, your message may not be recorded here.
