You can update your account address and contact details online anytime at my.simplephoneco.com or by contacting customer support at 888.272.8070.
To update your account details online:
Login to My Account at my.simplephoneco.com
From the sub-navigation, choose Account Details
Update any field you’d like to change, and choose Save Changes Please feel free to contact customer service for further questions or comments.
