You can update your account address and contact details online anytime at my.simplephoneco.com or by contacting Customer Support.

To update your account details online:

• Login to My Account at my.simplephoneco.com

• From the sub-navigation, choose Account Details

• Update any field you’d like to change, and choose Save Changes
