You can view the real-time status of a sent fax when logged in to the vFax Manager, and clicking Outbox. We queue faxes that are sent, and send in the order they are received. If there is a lot of outgoing faxes, your fax may take a minute or two to send. Also, if the fax number is busy or unavailable, the fax will remain in outbox to re-send up to 3 times.
If a fax was sent in error because the number is incorrect or unavailable, you can cancel a sent fax in the Outbox by clicking the X at the end of the fax line item.
