We ship all orders activated out of the box, so if your Simple Line Box is plugged in correctly, your service should activate automatically. If you hear "Device Not Registered" when you pick-up the phone, the device does not see the internet or it is not able to register with the network.
Plug in the following to start using your phone service:
- Telephone port- This is where you plug-in your phone, fax, or analog phone adapter
- Power Adapter- Only use the 12v adapter included with the box
- Ethernet- Plug-in the included ethernet to your internet router or modem
