Calls made internationally are billed per-minute, and calculated monthly around the 1st of each month. These charges will either be added to an existing un-paid invoice or a new invoice will be created for usage.
Hosted customers using Platform or Single Server can use their CDR or Call Records feature to view current usage by searching or filtering for international calls. (You can search 011, and calls matching international numbers will appear.)
Simple Line customers can do the same by searching Call Logs in their SwitchBoard web portal.
