When will I be billed for toll-free usage?

Like international charges, we calculate toll-free usage charges around the 1st of each month. Charges are totaled and applied to any existing invoice or a new invoice is created.
We are currently in the process of adding real-time toll-free usage charges to SwitchBoard, so usage logs can be pulled from CDR Reports in your Hosted Phone server or by contacting Customer Service.
