Testing E911 Address and E911 Activation Status

Customers can test and check their E911 eligibility, address on file, and activation status by calling the 911 Address Verification Service. This call is free to all customers, and will give you a real-time status of E911 for your account.

Perform the following, to reach the 911 Address Verification Service:

  • Dial 933 from your phone (must be a phone on our network)

  • If you get a busy signal, call (484) 8-911911 as an alternative

Note: Some on our equipment was shipped and programmed well before our current E911 system was in place. 911 calling is available on those devices, but they may have trouble calling 933.
